FCA UK Forex Brokers offering Indices trading

Stock indices from the major stock markets around the world are among the most popular assets to trade among retail traders, including the UK ones. These assets make it easy to profit on moves in entire industries, or even to ride trends in the economy of an entire country.

What’s special about CFD trading in stock indices is that it provides access to leverage that can sometimes be significant. However, it’s important to note that forex & CFD brokers that are regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) are bound by EU rules that prohibit leverage higher than 1:30. To get access to higher leverage, you should therefore instead consider signing up with a broker outside of the EU, such as in New Zealand or Switzerland.
