Skrill is one of PayPal’s strongest competitors in the retail brokerage industry, and this of course includes binary options brokers. The service is widely used by traders all over the world, and works with major debit and credit cards like Visa and MasterCard, as well as bank transfers. A user can also choose to hold money in his Skrill account, which can then later be used to fund trading accounts with binary options brokers or others.
Skrill is currently owned by the publicly listed British company Paysafe Group Limited, which also owns Neteller. The company, which was formerly known as Moneybookers, is headquartered in London and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.
