The UK has traditionally been home to many PAMM forex brokers and other financial services firms. Although this traditional role has been somewhat undermined by strict regulations from the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the UK and its capital London in particular still hosts a fair number of these companies.
The PAMM-model in forex trading is usually referred to as either the percent allocation management module or percent allocation money management. Regardless of which term is used, PAMM trading involves attaching one’s trading account to another trader who is given the power to trade on someone else’s behalf. This way, even beginners in the forex market can make profits by letting successful traders manage their money.
