Tradiso is a forex & CFD broker registered in the popular offshore jurisdiction known as St. Lucia, and with a physical office location in Bali, Indonesia. As a result of this, Tradiso is able to offer higher leverage than most regulated forex brokers, as well as the option to fund trading accounts with cryptocurrency.
All trading instruments on Tradiso are traded on MetaTrader 5 (MT5), which is the only trading platform this broker supports. Developed and released by MetaQuotes software all the way back in 2010, MT5 remains very popular among forex traders even to this day. A large part of the reason for this is the massive selection of custom-made technical analysis tools and trading strategies that can be found on the platform. Needless to say, this makes a switch away from MT5 difficult for the many traders that rely on these tools.
The trading instruments that are available from Tradiso include more than 70 forex pairs, CFDs on most major stock indices, single stocks of more than 100 companies from the US, EU, Russia and Asia, and various commodity CFDs.
In addition to these traditional instruments, Tradiso really stands out from other brokers we have reviewed by having one of the best selections of cryptocurrency CFDs of any broker. Unlike other assets, cryptocurrency CFDs from Tradiso can also be traded on weekends, and given that they are traded as CFDs it is as easy to go short as it is to go long.
As most brokers, Tradiso lets new traders choose from different account types when they sign up. These accounts include a Standard Account with commission-free trading and relatively large spreads, a Pro Account that also offers commission-free trading but with smaller spreads in return for a USD 25,000 deposit, and an ECN Account with the smallest spreads but commissions of USD 7.5 per lot per side on all trades.
As usual, beginners with small trading accounts will be best off with the Standard Account. Those trading with larger size can instead consider either the ECN Account or the Pro Account.
A special thing to note about Tradiso is that the broker relies almost entirely on crypto deposits, although an option to deposit via PayPal also exists. At the time of this review, the fee for depositing crypto is 2%, while PayPal deposits have a fairly large 5% fee. The accepted cryptocurrencies include Dash (DASH), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Monero (XMR), as well as the stablecoins Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC).
For any customer support needs, Tradiso can only be reached via email. No direct phone number to the broker has been made available, and there is also no live chat function on the broker's website. Unfortunately, this means it could be difficult to get a hold of customer support whenever urgent matters arise.
In conclusion, it's safe to say that Tradiso is among the forex brokers we have reviewed with the best selection of crypto CFDs. When we also consider that the broker almost exclusively deals in crypto deposits and withdrawals, it's easy to think of Tradiso as a good choice for those interested in trading crypto, but who don't want to deal with wallets to hold the coins themselves. The broker also offers high leverage, which obviously is attractive to some traders.
All in all, Tradiso could therefore be worth looking into for crypto traders and others seeking access to high-leverage trading on the classic MetaTrader 5 platform.
I've used tradiso since 2023 and have never had a problem with depositing or doing withdrawals.
I use another broker that had to switch to TradeLocker this year because they lost their MetaQuotes licence, but my tradiso account went from MT4 to MT5 which means they kept their MetaQuotes licence which is pretty cool. MT5 is the best.
Highly recommend Tradiso as it's currently my favourite broker.
