Comprehensive review

Registered in both Cyprus and the Seychelles, Errante is a forex broker that offers trading in a selection of the most commonly traded assets on either the MetaTrader 4 or 5 (MT4/MT5) platforms. Given the regulatory situation in the EU, Errante is unfortunately only able to offer EU-based traders a leverage of up to 1:30. However, non-EU traders can still enjoy a high leverage of up to 1:500 while trading with the Seychelles-based branch of the broker.

A great thing about Errante is the huge library of educational content it has made available on its website. This for the most part comes in the form of short videos, and covers everything from technical and fundamental analysis, to how to use the MetaTrader platforms. In addition, the broker’s own analysts also share their thoughts about current market conditions on a weekly basis. This is, in our view, a great initiative by the broker, and shows that they are eager to help newbies in the forex market get started on their trading journey.

Another way Errante stands out from many other companies in the space is in terms of how many different funding methods it allows its clients to use. This includes not only the usual methods such as major credit cards, e-wallets and bank transfers, but also the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP) and Tether (USDT).

One thing we really like about the option to fund trading accounts with crypto is that Errante even says it will cover all transaction fees for both deposits and withdrawals, as long as the transfer is above a specified minimum amount. For deposits, this minimum amount is USD/EUR 50, while it is USD/EUR 20 for withdrawals (USD/EUR 100 for bank wire transfers).

In terms of trading account types that clients can choose from, Errante offers a Standard, Premium and Tailor Made account, with minimum deposit requirements of USD 50, USD 1,000, and USD 15,000, respectively. The main difference between these account tiers is the spreads between buy and sell prices on instruments, which varies from 1.5 pips on the Standard account to 0 pips on the Tailor Made account. All of the account options give access to the full selection of trading instruments, while also generally offering the same amount of leverage.

Customer service is another area that is taken well care of by Errante. The broker claims to have support staff available 24 hours a day on all trading days, and can be reached via a UK phone number, as well as via email and live chat.

In conclusion, it should be said that Errante’s spreads are not among the lowest in the industry for most traders. The spreads do get pretty tight on the broker’s “Tailor Made” account, but with a minimum deposit requirement of USD 15,000, this account option is obviously out of reach for many new forex and CFD traders. With that said, however, Errante is a fully regulated broker in the EU, which certainly makes it a more credible company to deal with. It also has a fairly standard selection of trading instruments, all tradeable on the popular MT4 and 5 platforms.
