Comprehensive review

Set up in 2021, Climax Prime is a forex broker registered offshore in Saint Lucia. The broker accepts clients from most countries in the world, and offers trading across a range of assets with high leverage.

One notable thing about Climax Prime is that it offers pretty good trading conditions for professional traders who can afford to deposit more than $20,000, but significantly worse conditions for ordinary traders on the lower account tiers.

Starting with the Cent account that is available for a minimum deposit of $10, the spreads are rather high at 2.3 pips and up with no commissions.

Second comes the Standard account which is available for a deposit of $100. This account offers spreads from 1.9 pips with no commissions, which is still on the high end in our view.

The first account with somewhat decent conditions for serious traders is the ECN account, which obviously charges commissions on trades in exchange for lower spreads. With Climax Prime, the ECN account is available for a minimum deposit of $500, and offers spreads from 0.6 pips with a commission of $6.

The two accounts with the best trading conditions from Climax Prime are the Prime and Diamond accounts. These accounts are available for minimum deposits of $5,000 and $20,000, and offer spreads from 0.3 pips and 0 pips with commissions from $5 and $4, respectively.

All the accounts can be funded through the usual payment methods, including bank transfer, credit & debit cards, and e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller, WebMoney and Perfect Money. Additionally, this broker accepts direct deposits with crypto in the firm of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT), which we are happy to see.

In terms of assets available for trading, Climax Prime should have most traders covered with its selection of more than 40 forex pairs, most major stock indices, a number of top US-listed shares, as well as a handful of popular commodities.

What is missing from the list of assets, however, is crypto. This is in our view a bit strange, especially for such a new broker registered offshore. Most traders these days require access to at least Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies, and this is something we believe Climax Prime should add to make itself more attractive.

All of the assets Climax Prime offers are traded on MetaTrader 5 (MT5), which is available in versions for Windows, Mac and web, as well as for Apple and Android mobile devices. As most forex traders know, MT5 is one of the most popular trading platforms in the forex trading space, and for good reason. Among other things, the platform includes a massive selection of trading strategies and indicators, many of which are developed by ordinary platform users.

For any customer support needs, Climax Prime’s dedicated help team can be reached via live chat on the messaging apps WhatsApp or Telegram, phone or email to support or directly to the tech department. The broker promises on its website that its support team is available from 6 am to 2 pm UTC time.
