Palo Alto Networks Stock (PANW) Daily Chart

Palo Alto Networks Stock (PANW) Daily Chart Technical Analysis 1st September 2026

On the daily chart, Palo Alto Networks (PANW) stock shows an ongoing bullish continuation, with higher highs and higher lows visible. The recent price is trading at a record-high level following a valid range breakout. However, momentum has slowed after reaching the $400.00 psychological level, but there is no sign of a bearish reversal at the top. In this context, the upward continuation may extend further, although short-term weakness remains possible.

Looking at the higher time frame, the monthly price suggests a stable bullish continuation, with the most recent candle trading at a record-high level following an inside-bar breakout. The weekly time frame shows a similar structure, where the most recent price has recovered from a valid sell-side liquidity sweep.

In terms of volume, buyers are still dominating the volume profile, as the largest activity level since November 2025 is located around the $166.45 level, which is far below the current price. As the gap between the high-volume area and the current price expands, investors may expect bullish continuation as long as the major bullish market structure remains intact.

On the main price chart, the 50-day EMA is working as an immediate support level, as the price tested this line before moving higher for three consecutive trading days. Moreover, the 200-day SMA remains well below the overall structure, signalling a major support. Also, the widening gap between the current price and this 200-day SMA signals the downside risk as a correction.

In the secondary indicator window, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is hovering between the 50 and 70 areas. The recent rebound above the 50.00 level increases the possibility of testing the previous high.

Based on the overall market structure, the ongoing market momentum remains bullish, as a valid rebound is visible from the 50-day EMA. In this context, the price is likely to test the $443.84 resistance area before forming any major reversal opportunity.

On the other hand, the price is trading sideways within an ascending channel, and the recent price has tested channel support. In that case, any immediate bearish break below the $328.92 level would increase the possibility of initiating a broader bearish correction toward the $250.00 level. A rebound above the 50-day EMA could provide a potential long opportunity, keeping the current bullish structure valid. However, extended volatility below the $328.92 level could increase the possibility of a bearish move toward the $166.45 area.

Palo Alto Networks Stock (PANW) H4 Chart

Palo Alto Networks Stock (PANW) H4 Chart Technical Analysis 1st September 2026

In the four-hour time frame, PANW stock is trading within a bullish structure. The recent price tested the Ichimoku Cloud support and showed a healthy bullish rebound. As the current price is hovering above the cloud area and dynamic support levels are supporting buying pressure, bullish momentum may extend further.

The secondary indicator, the Average Directional Index (ADX), shows a slightly different picture, as the current ADX line remains above the 20.00 threshold. In this case, a rebound from this area, along with consolidation above the Ichimoku Cloud support, could signal potential bullish impulsive momentum in the stock.

Primarily, the immediate support to watch is the $327.14 level, and the bullish momentum remains valid as long as the price holds above this line. A break below the immediate support level could take the price towards the 250.85 area.

On the main price chart, the weekly VWAP level and the exponential moving averages are working as support, as the current price is trading steadily above this area.

In the secondary indicator window, the Traders Dynamic Index (TDI) shows corrective pressure. The TDI line remains below the 50.00 neutral line with bullish corrective momentum.

Based on the structure, overcoming the $387.26 swing high would be a significant achievement for buyers, as it could take the price beyond the $420.00 level.

However, a deeper correction toward the $355.58 level remains possible. Failure to hold above this level could form a bearish move toward the $310.45 support level.
